Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.

Rates

$150 per 60 minute session

Reduced Fee/ Sliding Scale Fee

Reduced fee services are not available.

• Do you have to be referred by a primary care physician?
